Jonathan is a Board Member at Impact Financial Planning. With his extensive experience, he brings a strategic vision and a disciplined, results-oriented approach to the firm.

Mr. Marstaller gained over three years of experience in the field of taxation and accounting at State Street Bank & Trust where he serviced accounts as large as $2 billion of assets.  He took the experience to Hawaii, where he serves in the role of President for Pono Pacific and Poukihi, two small businesses in Hawaii focusing on land stewardship, agriculture, sustainable energy & financial management. He also holds the positon of Chief Strategy Officer for Kupu, a 501c3 non profit who provides workforce experience to youth and young adults in the conversation and sustainability fields  across the Pacific. During his down time, Mr. Marstaller enjoys playing basketball, golfing, going to the beach, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his wife & 4 kids.
